A native of Nashville, Tennessee, Whit began his ministry as Senior Pastor at Concord Village Baptist Church on August 20, 2018. Whit spent 12 years serving as Senior Pastor of Frederica Baptist Church on St. Simons Island, Georgia, before beginning his ministry at Concord Village. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Whit received his Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and his Doctor of Ministry degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Greg has been in the ministry for 50 years. A graduate of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, Greg has served in both full- and part-time music positions in churches in Alabama, Louisiana and Tennessee. He and his late wife Gail wrote more than 30 musical works published by LifeWay Christian Resources, where Greg served for 30 years in music publishing.

Greg now serves as our Administrative Pastor. His wife Gail went to be with the Lord in January of 2016 after 45 years of marriage. Greg has two daughters, Katie and Julie. Julie and her husband Kasey have three children, Alex, Ella, and Jax. They live in the Nashville area and spend lots of time at Grandad's house.

A graduate of Union University, Jared currently serves with the state of Tennessee in the Department of Children's Services. Jared is pursuing a Master of Divinity degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife Mary live in Portland, TN with their two boys, Ian and Adrian. Jared joined the Concord Village staff in December of 2025.

Alicia was born in Nashville to a ministry family. She had worked for both the Southern Baptist Convention and the Nashville Baptist Association before joining the Concord Village staff in August of 2025. Alicia and her husband live in Smyrna.
